Where do I send the Temporary Food Establishment (FTE) Permit? Do I have to pay now?

It is very helpful if all hot or cold food vendors fill out the temporary applications and submit them to the MOVHD Office by mail or email. It makes the inspection go quicker. You can pay the day of the event, but it is helpful to send the applications ahead of time. Only for-profit vendors need to pay the $72 fee.

I am a non-profit 501c. Do I have to have a Temporary Food Establishment Permit?

Yes. Everyone selling hot or cold food items (this does not apply to baked goods) has to have a permit. The fee is waived if you are non-profit.
